Hi.
I've setup the default hostname and such in the reseller panel.
I've also added cname records from monitor.electro.za.net to www.monitoringservice.net.
However when I go to http://monitor.electro.za.net I recieve a blank page.
Is there anything else I need to setup? |

Hi electro,
Firstly, thank you for joining our reseller program.
You have already setup the CNAME correctly and http://monitor.electro.za.net is loading your reseller site fine. Can you try to refresh your browser a few times (shift ctrl-R) or even close your browser and try again.
You will have this problem if you had setup your DNS incorrectly previously and your PC has already cached the bad DNS. It takes some time for the cache to refresh.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Thank you. |

Thanks for the quick reply.
I'm using a different PC at work at this moment and am still having the issue.
I'll give it some more time and then try again.
Thanks |

What is the IP shown when you run "nslookup monitor.electro.za.net" on a command prompt? |

magic stuff. Working fine now.
Thanks.
By the way, does anyone know of a decent free dns provider that allows one to change cname records of the primary domain, not a subdomain so that I can get a xxxx.co.za domain pointed to www.monitoringservice.net ?
Thanks again |
