Dear Eyal,
Yes, this can be achieved as follows:
1. login to your account
2. go to Account -> Subscription
3. "modify" the subscription used by your customer
4. select 1 x 5-min and click "Add & Re-calculate"
5. subscribe
Please let us know should you have any further questions.
Thank you. |

Once you are done with the upgrade. Your customer can add the SMTP test as follows:
1. login to his account
2. go to Monitoring -> Add a Test
3. "Add a new server"
4. re-enter the same hostname/IP and choose 5-min monitoring
5. monitor the SMTP port
You can't directly add SMTP test to the existing test since that server is monitored every minutes You will need to re-add the same server but with 5-min monitoring interval as above.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Thank you. |

You cannot downgrade your contract from $x to $y. Please purchase more tests or select a longer contract period such that the price is greater than $x. |

The requirement for an "upgrade" is that the new subscription plan must be more expensive than the existing one. Please choose the quarterly plan or higher.
Thank you. |

Yes, the user needs to use the same recurring billing period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) for the different tests.
It works like this. Your existing subscription is 1 x 1-min test. To have different tests in the same account, you will replace the existing subscription with the new one: 1 x 1-min + 1 x 5-min tests. Since they are in the same subscription, they will follow the same recurring billing period have the same start date.
To make it clear, it is not possible to create the 2 tests in 2 different subscriptions. That is to keep your existing subscription for 1 x 1-min and have another one for 1 x 5-min. The 2 tests must be combined into a new subscription.
Note: If you want, you can still bill your clients differently for the 2 tests, but we have to bill you in 1 subscription. You have this flexibility because we never deal directly with your user.
The instructions for upgrade given above combines the 2 tests together, but will not let you choose a lower price plan (monthly). If you still want to pay monthly, we can process this manually for you. Please let us know.
Thank you. |
