Option to link (Group) Websites to Servers / Servers being Monitored to only report one failure rather than getting multiple fail messages..

Current Setup:

Server A Hosts Sites Z,X
Server B Hosts Sites Y

Server B -> Ping failure -> Notification
Site Y (Hosted on Server B) -> HTTP Failure -> Notification.

Proposed Setup:

Server B -> Ping failure -> Notification
Site Y (Hosted on Server B) -> HTTP Failure -> Linked to Ping Test (Failed) thus No notification sent

Note: Linking would only make sense on certain tests.. IE Ping, MYSQL
